1. Information We Collect

When you use Quarvo, we collect:

• Account information: Email address and password when you register.
• Etsy shop data: Shop name, listing titles, descriptions, tags, and performance metrics (views, favorites, sales) synced via the Etsy API.
• API credentials: Your Etsy API key and Anthropic API key, stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) in our database.
• Usage data: Number of analyses run, reports generated, and subscription status.
• Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide the Quarvo service: syncing listings, running AI analysis, generating reports.
• To send transactional emails (welcome, report ready, subscription confirmations).
• To track usage against your subscription plan limits.
• To improve the service and fix bugs.

3. AI Processing

Your listing data (titles, descriptions, tags) is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for analysis. This data is processed according to Anthropic's usage policies. We do not use your data to train AI models.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

• Anthropic: Listing data for AI analysis.
• Stripe: Payment processing.
• Resend: Email delivery.
• Supabase: Authentication and database hosting.
• Sentry: Error monitoring (no personal data).

5. Data Security

API keys are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. All connections use HTTPS/TLS. Database access is restricted with row-level security policies.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and data
• Export your data
• Withdraw consent at any time

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use localStorage to save your language preference. We do not use tracking cookies.
