Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Quarvo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Quarvo is an AI-powered tool that helps Etsy sellers optimize their listings by analyzing tags, titles, and descriptions. The Service connects to your Etsy shop via the Etsy API and uses Claude AI to generate optimization suggestions.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscription Plans

• Free: 1 shop, 5 analyses/month, view-only reports.
• Pro ($19/mo): 3 shops, unlimited analyses, apply changes to Etsy.
• Agency ($49/mo): 10 shops, unlimited analyses, bulk operations, API access.

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. API Keys & Credentials

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid Etsy API credentials and Anthropic API keys. Quarvo stores these encrypted but you remain responsible for any API usage charges from Anthropic.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate Etsy's Terms of Use or API Terms.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service.
• Share your account with unauthorized users.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.

7. AI-Generated Content

Optimization suggestions are generated by AI and provided as recommendations. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any changes before they are applied to your Etsy listings. Quarvo does not guarantee specific results or sales improvements.

8. Limitation of Liability

Quarvo is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Changes to your Etsy listings resulting from approved suggestions.
• Loss of sales or search ranking.
• Etsy API downtime or changes.
• AI-generated content accuracy.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
